Snowmobile Trail Conditions
Overnight low temperatures have started the freeze process on the lakes and swamps. The clubs are reporting that they are getting better and that they will be able to groom soon. They ask that you please ride and pack the trails wide.
Trail conditions are poor right now with all the warm temperatures and the rain.
With the warm weather and rain trails are quickly degrading. Trail 94 has been CLOSED due to a creek opening up and washing out the ice bridge. On all the rest of the trails any low spot, swamp ditch or creek are filled with water. We will not be grooming till we getting some cold weather. All trails are in POOR riding condition.Logging continues on trail 80 north and south of intersection 99 about a mile each way. Happy New Year from the DriftSplitters

The Fifield Sno Drovers 12/22/2019
We had to close trail 106 (corridor 19) to Iron County on Saturday, 12/21. While the Price County trails are groomed and in great shape, the trail after it crosses to Iron county travels through a swamp that is not frozen enough for them to groom. We had a rider sink in the mud and water, needing help for recovery. Alternative routes should be used.
Prentice Bushbenders Trail Report 12/19/2019
The trails are open but are in rough early season condition. We have only been out with our compactor and have not been able to pan or groom any trails yet due to numerous wet spots. We have been out breaking these spots up trying to get them to freeze down and are gaining on them so hopefully we will be starting grooming operations around Christmas. If you ride please use caution. Merry Christmas from the Prentice Bushbenders.
Park Falls Sno Gypsies 12/18/2019
Trails around Park Falls are slowly getting groomed. Several of the swamp areas are still partially open. Please when riding in the ungroomed areas of the swamps ride wide to pack the trails.
Price County has 500 miles of trail, maintained by 9 volunteer clubs. You’ll find beautiful scenery and wildlife along the trail system to enhance your experience.
