Area Report:

Trails are slowing getting better.  We are back to grooming after Monday’s snowfall.  We ended up with a stuck groomer, and that one is in the shop now, checking it over after 12 hours of getting it out of a swamp hole.  The other groomers are out, trying to get everything groomed.

There are still some lingering wet spots out there.  The groomers and other volunteer efforts are being performed daily to fill these in and pack them down.  There is also some low hanging branches out there from the latest snowfall.

Many of the lakes are still not marked due to marginal conditions.  Any unmarked lakes should be considered unsafe.

Hopefully, we can get the 3rd groomer back up and running in the near future.  In the meantime, have patience and be careful out there.
