We just rode through sections of trail 2 (trail goes to Boulder Jct) between Smokey’s and the intersection on trail 6. Then we rode north and then back south of that intersection towards Winchester and back towards MW on trail 6. We found 6″ + standing water over an ice base of the swamp section. Some pretty tough riding to navigate (almost like water skipping) We need some cold weather to firm this up to make it safer. The County will be voting Monday on whether to stay open or temporarily close. I will let you know as soon as I do. I would discourage riding through the areas I mentioned. Our trails remain in Poor condition.
