Trail Conditions: Early Season
Snow Cover: Good
Date of Report: December 10, 2025
Area Report:
Oh boy —It snowed steadily all day yesterday and there’s more in the forecast. Temps should sit in the mid-20s today, then start dropping hard. By Friday we’re looking at around -10°F, with sub-zero temps likely through the weekend. Great news for freezing up the wet spots and Lake Gogebic, but it’ll be frigid if you’re heading out on the trails — plan ahead and dress for it.
