Area Report:

All trails are open and being groomed on a daily basis. Iron County has been grooming trails for the past 2/weeks and with the additional 14″ of new snow last week and cold temps our trails have remained in very good to excellent condition.  Please see below the condition of each trail as listed.

Trail #2 – (Very Good)

Trail #16 – (Very Good between Iron River & Crystal Falls) – (Closed between Crystal Falls & Sagola)

Trail #116 – (Very Good)

Trail #15 – North – (Very Good to Excellent)

Trail #15 South – (Good)

Trail #107 – (Very Good to Excellent)

Trail #113 – (Very Good)

Trail #18 – (Very Good to Excellent)

Restaurants and bars have been allowed to re-opened as of February 1st, 2021 by the State of Michigan.. therefore there are plenty of locations to stop warm up.. enjoy a nice meal and have a drink.  I do believe all the motels in the area are open for lodging.
