Good on average
Heavy traffic

Another day of SNOW, SNOW,. SNOW. Fine steady SNOW Another day of SNOW, SNOW,. SNOW. Fine steady SNOW nearly all day yesterday. SNOWING this morning. Total yesterday 4+ inches. Today inch or 2. Looks to be cloudy for the next week.  Trail are in good condition but are soft in areas. NO EVIL SUN.  But could use temps colder so……THINK COLD!

With a couple feet plus on the trails please stay on the marked trails.  Private landowners are letting the clubs use their land.  We as riders must stay on the trails or we will lose trails.

Catfish & Eagle Lake Trails are MARKED & OPEN.  Stay by the Orange Reflective Barrels to be safe.

Groomer Tracking System shows in the last 24 hours once again nearly all trails groomed. Working with only 2 pieces of equipment the double time get everything groomed.  When you see a groomer gives the drivers a thumbs up.
Here are the 2 sections not groomed:

  • City trail – behind O’Reilly crossing to Trig’s Shell to Bloom Rd
  • Uncle Kent trail

Caution Areas

Soft snow so it can be squirrelly.  In general found trails sections especially in swamps have rough areas. Covered with plenty of snow but the bumps have set in the base && it is hard to correct. Sections on 13N beyond Hwy G very rough, Loon Lk Rd to Bloom Rd section of 10E vdery rough, section of 17N from trail 1 to Columbus Rd rough. 70W section from Sundstein Rd running past the Lincoln Townhall heading west to Synergy rough sections.  17S from Paintball field to Sugar Camp connect.  Don’t be tempted to ride off trail.

It’s Saturday are you riding?!?

KEEP THINKING COLD & DOIN’ THE SNOW DANCE!

See you on the trails!
