All in all trails are Great!

Schiff of SNOW overnight.  Maybe an inch. Next SNOW tonight into tomorrow. 2-4 inches forecast. Starting early tomorrow morning wind moving in.  Windchill 30 below.  Air temps high of 5 & low of 10 below.  Single digit highs most of the week. Below zero at night all week.

Base is hard ice with plenty of SNOW on top.  With the cold coming SNOW will get crusty & there may be “fast” aka slippery conditions.  So slow down.

GTS Tracking shows:

Trail 10/13 from the groomer barn north
Trail 10/13 aka Wisconsin River trail – this section has hard ice might be rough
Trail 13N toward Bauer’s Dam/Buckatabon Lake are & Conover connect
Trail 10W & 7 to St. Germain & Sayner area
Club Trail off of 10W that comes out on Hwy G

Couple of notices:

Trail 10W/13N aka the Wisconsin River section is now open.  Expect it to be rough because much of the trail flooded & is now hard frozen ice.  DO NOT leave the trail in that area as off trails could/are mushy & you will get stuff.  It was groomed last night.

Reminder that Trail 13S does not run all the way to Three Lakes as a portion was closed.  Club is working on a re route.

Eagle Lake was marked by businesses. Safety lights at entrance & exit from/to the lake trail have been installed.

Catfish Lake is NOT MARKED. Uncertain it will open as there are no businesses open on the lake this winter.

Have been a few changes to the 2025-2026 Sno-Eagles map. Right click on photo to enlarge

If you ride during the cold snap be sure to tell someone where you are riding; don’t ride alone; fully charged phone; dress in layers; and tell someone where you are headed.

Last day of World Championship Derby.  Will see ya on the trails soon!
