SNOWMOBILE TRAILS IN EAGLE RIVER
Good to Fair Conditions

Chilly Good Morning!  7 degrees this morning moving to a high of 14.  So dress warm if you are going out riding.  Tonight the low is 8. More of same on Sunday. 17 high & 12 low. Next SNOW is moving in Tuesday & Wednesday.  Stay tuned.  The weather guys are not always correct.

Nearly all of the Sno-Eagles Eagle River trails were grooming overnight according to the Groomer Tracking System

Here are the trails NOT GROOMED LAST NIGHT:

  • GrampGrahm which is off 10E (the turn on Carpenter Lk Rd by Catch 22)
  • Trail 13N from the Trail 17N intersection all the way to the connect with Trail 3(connect to the Conover trails)
  • Small piece of Trail 17N that comes out on Columbus Rd
  • Manske Swamp (Trail 3N)
  • Wisconsin River Bridge section of Trail 10W13

Everything else groomed.  Time to ride.

Caution Areas

17S from 17/7aka Paintball Field intersection to the Sugar Camp connect.  This area is improving as Club has been packing snow into the wet mushy areas to firm up. Rough & mushy sections getting better each day.  Was groomed last night

Section of 10/13 from Hwy G to Adams Rd – this area had water & mushy/muddy areas.  The Club is also working on this area packing snow in to firm up. Rough sections. No grooming last night.

Wisconsin River Bridge aka 10W/13N – frozen but very icy under snow.  Grooming of the eastside trail & westside trails(Deep Lk Rd). No grooming across bridge due to conditions so expect rough & potential for soft spots.

Catfish & Eagle Lake Trails are NOT MARKED.  Please stay off.  A group is checking periodically for ice depth & slush.  Stay tuned.

THINKING COLD & DOIN’ THE SNOW DANCE!

Have a great day!  See you on this trails!
