VILAS COUNTY SNOWMOBILE TRAILS TO INCLUDE SNO-EAGLES TRAILS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED
December 7, 2018 – 7am
Chilly Friday morning. 0 at 7am with a high today of 16. Great for freezing things down.
Sno-Eagles Trails have been inspected & are ready to go. There are still several snowmobile clubs for the Vilas County Parks & Rec department to inspect.
All 11 Clubs in Vilas County & part of the Vilas County Snowmobile Alliance will meet to determine an opening date shortly.
Until then the groomers in Sno-Eagles Country have been out panning the trails. We could use more SNOW but the good news is that the swamps & wet mushy areas have frozen up.
It’s a waiting game at this point. Keep DOIN’ THE SNOW DANCE & THINKING COLD!
See ya out on the trails real soon!
