Just got back from panning some of the east side trails. Several branches hanging low from the freezing rain and wet heavy 5” of snow we got Wednesday. We will back out tomorrow doing some more panning and tree trimming.
The 11 clubs that make up Vilas County have a meeting on December 21st and will be discussing an opening date. So the trails remain closed until there is an announcement from the county on an opening date. Stay tuned, we are getting closer.
