 Ice Base – Loose SNOW
As you ride should you come across any issues pleased call Dan at 262.951.6519.

Evil sun partly out this morning.  Temps in the 20’s-30’s.  Hope the ice base holds the SNOW.  Not much SNOW in the forecast.  Looks, at this point, that it will be next Monday the 16th to Friday the 20th before any accumulating SNOW.  Need a SNOW DANCE!!

SNOW softened yesterday out east of Eagle River heading east & west.  Grade is under cover & in good shape. Through town soft to but covered.  Heading north on 10/13 good too. That section right after crossing Hwy G still has Chop.  Scooting around on 3 & 17 was also soft. Road section (Shangri La Rd) pretty bare.  Didn’t go west yesterday.  There was Saturday traffic, but not near like last Saturday.  Remember RIDE RIGHT.

Here’s what GTS Groomer APP shows what was groomed last night into early morning today. GREEN means groomed overnight. BLUE means groomed Thursday into Friday. BLACK means no grooming for 3+ days.  About a 1/2 grooming session. RIGHT CLICK TO ENLARGE MAP

Groomer drivers are riding daily too.  Reporting back to the Trail Boss.
This helps to groom where it’s needed.
Daily Reminders:
Reminder that Trail 13S does not run all the way to Three Lakes as a portion was closed.  The Club is working on a reroute.

Eagle Lake was marked by businesses. There are 3 color safety lights at entrance & exit from/to the lake trail

Catfish Lake is NOT MARKED. Uncertain it will open as there are no businesses open on the        lake this winter.  If you have not ridden the lake in the past DO NOT ATTEMPT at night. There are spots that can be thin or even open water. NO safety lights

See ya on the trails Monday!!
