Reporter:Phil
Trail Conditions: Good
Snow Cover: Still snow out there
Date of Report: February 24, 2020
Area Report:

Day 4 of the Sunny Blast Furnace. Upper 40’s and sunny conditions persist. DUG and I rode yesterday afternoon and was way impressed that the conditions were. There is still white snow and flat conditions on the trails. The road crossings and the east west roads like Portage Lake Rd and Forest Lake Rd are in meltdown mode. The north and south roads still have snow on them. Trails were all groomed last night and look good. Weather is supposed to improve greatly—maybe even this afternoon. Looks like we will survive Mother Nature’s attack on winter.
